You may wonder, “Why are we called Retro Roofers?” The leadership behind our company grew up in a time where doing business was less complicated. Business was done in person, customers had a direct voice that was heard, and relationships were more important than a business transaction. Most homeowners today did not grow up with cell phones, e-mail, websites, tablets, and text messages. People relied on someone’s word, their commitment, and their follow-through.
